1 hour deep stretching class to improve your mobility and wind down the day

Easy daily stretches to bring home with you or to the gym

Material:

• a yoga mat

• 2 blocks or big books

• a yoga strap, a long scarf or a robe tie

• a couple of cushions or pillow for extra support (optional but recommended :))

Cautions:

• If you are on any pain killer medication or pregnant, please do not join the programme

• Do not plan any intense physical activity such as running, weightlifting... up to 3 hours after the class.
