About me (Alyssa)

Hello!

I am a deep stretching & mobility instructor who helps students to overcome their negative thoughts around low mobility and finally work with their body to gain their flexibility back.

At the beginning of my mobility journey, few months ago, I considered myself a lost case. Despite my love for dancing and YEARS of yoga, my hips and particularly my hamstrings refused to stretch.

But after only 4 months of a science based mobility routine, I have seen such a deeper change within my body that I decided to become a coach and spread the word!

I am also certified as a Yoga teacher and group instructor.

The short answer is yes :). However you must first make sure you confirm with your doctor. Then if you let me know, we can have a quick call to discuss your injury and how to make sure you get the best and safest experience possible!

Absolutely, the more inflexible you are, the more you will beneficiate from this course

You can join all classes with just a mat.

However, l will offer loads of options involving props as they will help relaxing through the stretch

Think, the more comfy you are, the more efficient the stretch will be.

Online classes: You can use stool, books, scarf...

In person classes: same as above and I will have some spare available.
